Affordability, Personalization and Convenience

At J. Jackson: Mobile Mixologist, we do things a little differently than you may have encountered with other event bar services. Our service model combines both the affordability of a private bar with the convenience and service of an all-inclusive beverage caterer. Our turn-key proposals include everything--bartenders, ice, supplies and alcohol--but unlike other caterers that add a significant upcharge on the alcohol, we provide your drinks at a reasonable cost that is slightly below retail. It actually costs less to have us provide your stock than for you to shop for it yourself! Additionally, the cost of any dry, unopened supply of alcohol at the end of the event can be refunded back to you within 10 business days.

Our approach ensures the right balance of products and services, avoiding scenarios where our hosts might have too much or too little. Ultimately, our goal is to contribute to the success and enjoyment of each event, ensuring it doesn't fall short of expectations. It's important to note that while we offer staffing as part of our comprehensive service, we're not exclusively a staffing service. This allows us to provide a holistic solution tailored to each event's needs and vision.

A Proposal Tailored to Your Vision

Because we know that each event is unique, we are not a rigid, One-Size-Fits-All bar service. Every proposal we craft is defined by the length of service, party size and specific tastes of our hosts. For that reason, each proposal is as unique as the hosts that we serve!

However, having a "baseline understanding" to see if we are a good match for each inquiring host is very helpful. As a general estimate, an inquiring host with a guest count of 100 guests for 4 hours of service can expect a proposal ranging from 26.00 per guest to 34.00 per guest depending on their menu selection and other services. Parties of 150 guests or more would see a cost-per-head significantly lower than this projection. Of course, your experience will ultimately depend on the size and scope of your event, and for that reason, we encourage you to hop on a call with our team so we can craft a proposal that perfectly matches your vision.
