An adventurous couple who love traveling want a signature drink to pair with their reception's exotic Pan-Asian cuisine.
Named after the bride's fave film, here we go!
1.5 oz gin
1 oz pear/lemongrass syrup*
2 dashes orange flower water
0.5 oz lime juice
1 oz Sake
shake + strain into collins glass
Add 2 oz Coconut Lacroix
Garnish with a blackberry
*Syrup: boil together 500 mils sugar, 500 mils pear juice. Add 1 oz of dried lemongrass and steep to taste. Strain solids and chill syrup in fridge
